The objective of writing this book is to give back to the fitness community. For the last two decades, fitness has been my passion and main source of income. I have seen that the industry is filled with committed and genuine people, yet I believe that this community has yet to reach its potential. Just like I discovered my enthusiasm for fitness, I would like a lot of people from the younger generation to be inspired and guided to reach their best selves through my learning and direction. This book is my sincere effort to show the path to a lot of individuals who feel lost in this industry because of a lack of qualified and dedicated mentors. This book is my journey and would be accompanied by a series of elaborated and more organized learning material that would handhold the upcoming fitness fraternity to follow their dreams to make big in this industry. I would like to thank my family and friends, business associates, staff members, and consultants who gave their sincere best to help me reach this position. I am proud to be associated with the fitness community, who are so inspired that in my long career of so many years I have not seen any trainer complaining about waking up so early in the mornings or working so late in the night but always smiling and imagining the perfect body or talking about the body-building competitions. If we compare this to any other industry, I feel very sad about the growth trajectory we provided to our fellow workers. I also feel responsible for the development of this community.

Pankkaj A Suri
Pankkaj A Suri is an entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of the gym chain FLUID. He has done B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and DISA professional. He is also an ACE certified trainer and has been a part of the fitness industry since 2004. He has been actively involved in creating an ecosystem for the fitness fraternity. He has developed gym management software for gym owners, a fitness academy by the name of International Institute of Fitness Excellence and Management for gym trainers, and a mobile application by the name of Shapemenow for fitness enthusiasts. He has also launched a range of health supplements with highly researched formulations.
Gaurav J. Gupta
Gaurav J. Gupta is a partner in a business consulting firm. Over the years, Gaurav has advised and mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs and business teams, including a number of health and fitness-related ventures. He also specializes in sales and growth marketing. Gaurav has worked with some leading corporations and has also been part of multiple startups. Gaurav has an MBA from IIM Indore.
